A bit about me.
Hi, I’m a Cotswolds-based artist, lifelong doodler, and lover of graphite pencils, pastels, and digital art. I’ve been drawing since I was little, surrounded by the smell of oil paints from my dad’s seascapes and sketching whatever caught my eye.
Over the years, I’ve explored everything from cross stitch design to pastel pet portraits — always driven by a love of detail, texture, and character. I even launched my own cross stitch range based on original characters I created from scratch.
But my creative path hasn’t been straightforward. A serious illness turned my life upside down and took me away from the world of art completely. For a long time, I had to relearn the basics — how to walk, how to use a computer… even how to hold a pencil.
Picking it up again was scary — but also healing. I’m now building things back up, piece by piece, and rediscovering what it means to be an artist on my own terms.
